good location,convenient in KLCC, helpful staff, feeling pleasure at hotel.

Overall is quiet ok as the rate is not so expensive. I will stay in this hotel again if im going to kl for next trip.

The hotel was really close to Pudu skytrain station, so it was really easy and cheap to get into town. Our room was big and clean, and the staff was helpful. When we tried to order in a pizza, the pizza place didn't understand english very well, so when we approached reception, they did everything for us.

The neighborhood isn't the best. You have to take the skytrain or a cab to get anywhere. (A cab is also cheap, as long as they go by the meter)

the hotel is in a very poor location and the taxi driver advised us not to stay there. it is a dangerous area. the walls are paper thin and we could hear the neighbours conversations and alarm clocks. strange smell in the room and corridors. the shower in not enclosed and the water splashes throughout the bathroom. for the price we paid we have received far more value for money at other hotels.

The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. They give us tips on how to roam around the city. Rooms are clean. The train station is just walking distance although its a bit far from airport but near to various attractions.

Some taxi drivers don't know the location of the hotel so they have to call the hotel for guidance but it's okay.

The only disvantage was the parking securities... it makes me feel unsecured because my car needs to park behind the hotel that need to drive in to a narrow lane.

We were 3 people spending two Nights at the phoenix! Really nice staff, great Big and clean room, always a Security in Front of the Hotel who opens the door 4 U. Location could Be better but Not that far from pudu station. We had a great time!

The Windows were not sound proof and the hotel is close to a higway so if you are a light sleeper that you rather avoid it. When booking we chose a de lux room which was suppose to be about 20sqm...in fact it was just 10sqm...and also do not believe you get any real discout when booking online over booking, the walk in rate was just the same....

good price, nice staff, just for such people who come to the hotel to spend a night

no breakfast, bad location, small rooms

Good location. Good value for money.

Terrible service. Checked in at 2p.m. Room was dirty and bed sheets soiled with blood. Asked them to replace sheets and I had to go out. Came back at bout 9pm and found they had done a thing with it. Asked to replace room and girl at frontdesk have me the BS bout no more rooms available.
